If Adayak screws up
We don't have fancy robots making products and packaging orders here. We are human so there is a chance we might screw up your order - don't count on it though. In the event that we do, we will pay the shipping for the return or exchange by refunding $5 on your credit card PLUS we will give your $5 in store credit towards your next purchase.

Yes you can - and we'll ship the new size to you for free.

You sent me the wrong product. What now?
We're sorry! You can either return the product to us or exchange it for the correct item. Because we screwed up, we're going to pay you $5 for the shipping costs back to us and give you $5 in store credit towards your next purchase.

How long do I have to return something and get a full refund?
